A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Neat room and modern with a kitchenette. Location not far from the waterfront / amusement park, the beach, shopping and the peir and all the attractions which made moving around OOB all the easier. Also, close to downtown area.

I truly enjoyed its nicely equipped rooms.
all the staff was incredibly nice and exceptionally pleasant, tackled my issues. also, location was particularly good, relatively near dunegrass golf club. further, it was just next door to the beach, shopping and the peir, and the waterfront / amusement park.

Couple looking for a beach getaway
I must say, we were nervous about going into our room after reading the reviews and looking at the building itself. But. Once inside we were shocked. It smelled so clean in there before we even got into our room. We were completely impressed.
It was a bit pricey, but still acceptable.

Great location but lacking comfort
I appreciated the convenient location near the beach, easy to enjoy a day out. The mattress was uncomfortable was good. The kitchenette was nonexistent, and the overall upkeep of the room was disappointing, leaving much to be desired.

The overall condition of the cottage left much to be desired. The kitchen sink was RV-sized and barely usable, while the bathroom contained a shower that showed signs of neglect with peeling paint and rusty exposed pipes. Noise from the nearby Main Street traffic could be disruptive at night, and the lack of a proper bathroom sink made basic hygiene tasks like shaving a challenge. Wi-Fi signal was weak. The kitchen floor could have used a serious clean as well.
