A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Neat room and modern with a kitchenette. Location not far from the waterfront / amusement park, the beach, shopping and the peir and all the attractions which made moving around OOB all the easier. Also, close to downtown area.

I truly enjoyed its nicely equipped rooms.
all the staff was incredibly nice and exceptionally pleasant, tackled my issues. also, location was particularly good, relatively near dunegrass golf club. further, it was just next door to the beach, shopping and the peir, and the waterfront / amusement park.

We had a really good stay on vacation at Pine View Lodge. The staff were excellent and the location was exceptionally nice, close to a convenience store. The brand-new rooms and bathroom were much appreciated, and the facilities were excellent, with everything we could wish for.

The room was recently refurbished and nicely equipped. The beds were comfortable. The functional bathroom was newly renovated. The location was favorable and unbeatable, with Old Orchard Beach Pier just a 10-15 minute walk away.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the private cottage I stayed in was adorable. The location was perfect, just a short 7-minute walk to the beach. The staff even offered to pick me up at the end of the day if I was tired. the best aspects were the friendly staff, clean facilities, convenient location, and the cozy cottage.
Almost perfect. The only thing I found was that parking could be a bit challenging at times. However, everything else about my stay was fantastic.

We loved how Pine View Lodge was tucked away from the crowded pier. Perfect for a little peace and quiet. the cozy size of the accommodation was just right for the two of us, with a quick 5-minute walk to the beach. the friendly and helpful staff made our stay even better, always ready to assist and promptly replaced towels and took out the trash. the air conditioning was a huge plus, especially with the hot temperatures reaching nearly 30 degrees every day. the large fridge allowed us to buy groceries and cook dinner when we wanted.
The neighboring guests were extremely obnoxious and rude, causing disturbances throughout the night. This resulted in a lack of quality sleep.
